Summer is officially in full swing, and the battle to determine this year's official Song Of The Summer rages on.

One of the most promising contenders rising at radio at the moment? "Do It Again," the immediately catchy cut by pop princess on the rise, Pia Mia.

You might very well already know Pia from her cover of Drake's "Hold On, We're Going Home," which went way, way viral a few years ago. Or, maybe you latched on after hearing her incredible The Gift EP last year. Or, maybe her fire hot summer bop is your first formal introduction to the talented entertainer.

In any case, it's safe to say she's one to watch.

We brought the singer into our studio to discuss everything from her homeland of Guam to her ever-devoted crew (the Wolfpack!) to her latest hit, "Do It Again (feat. Chris Brown and Tyga)," and we'll be rolling out that footage throughout the week right here on PopCrush every day at noon.

In today's first installment, Pia talks us through the making of "Do It Again" with Chris Brown and Tyga, which originally started out as a solo song. Plus, we got her to gush about her personal Song Of Summer '15: Fetty Wap's "Trap Queen."

Seriously, Pia's a major Fetty fan. Can we make a collabo happen sometime soon? "Trap Queen" remix, maybe? We're all ears.

Oh, and we also made some sweet GIFs to represent just about any emotion you could possibly feel, Pia style, so feel free to use 'em again and again. We'll be rolling those out each day throughout the week too!

Watch the first installment of our Pia Mia interview above...and here's a smooch from Miss Pia to you!
