Avicii‘s debut full-length album ‘True’ became a mainstream hit for the 24-year-old Swedish superstar DJ in 2013. But for his next album, expected to be released later this year, Avicii will be taking on a whole new sound.

In a story by Rolling Stone, the site reveals that Avicii will be collaborating with several rock stars for his new album. Some of the names he’s working with for the album include Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong, Coldplay’s Chris Martin and Jon Bon Jovi.

Avicii (real name Tim Bergling) tells the site of the new album, “It’s going to be a lot more song-oriented. ‘True’ was an attempt at that, getting electronic music in a song format.”

The title and release date for the album have not been announced yet.

‘True’ spawned many successful singles for Avicii, including ‘Wake Me Up’ with Aloe Blacc, ‘You Make Me’ and ‘Hey Brother’featuring Dan Tyminski.
