It looks like Justin Bieber‘s Miami DUI case has finally reached its end.

According to the Miami Herald, Bieber will accept a plea deal in the case, one in which he will plead guilty to reckless driving and resisting an officer without violence — but the DUI charged will be dropped. Reportedly, he must also attend a 12-hour anger management course, view videos of traumatic, real-life DUI accidents and pay court fines. Bieber has also allegedly agreed to donate $50,000 to charity.

The Biebs’ DUI case has been murky from the start. He was arrested in January and charged with a DUI, drag racing (against his pal Khalil, who is also set to strike a similar deal) and resisting arrest, though he was actually neither drunk nor drag racing at the time. Bieber did, however, admit to smoking weed and taking Xanax, both of which were found in his system.

The pop star’s plea deal does not come as a surprise. Last month, we reported that he was set to strike the deal — his second plea deal this year, pleading no contest to misdemeanor vandalism in the egg-throwing incident. Among other things, he will have to complete an anger management course for that as well.

In regards to Bieber’s anger, his manager Scooter Braun previously spoke out to British GQ (quote via WENN), saying: “Sometimes he doesn’t help himself because he’s so angry. But no one really understands what he’s living … only him.”
