Nick Jonas: ‘I’m a Man and I Do What Men Do’ [VIDEO]

Nick Jonas appeared on the British talk show ‘Loose Women’ yesterday (Jan. 27), and, as expected, the ladies couldn’t wait to discuss his sex life.

When talking about the Jonas Brothers‘ split, Coleen Nolan (who also happens to be Jake Roche’s mom) quickly steered the conversation in another direction.

“Were they shocked about you leaving the band or were they shocked about you getting rid of your purity ring?” she asked bluntly, as her co-host chimed in, “All Coleen wants to know is when was it?”

Though Nick was tight-lipped about that aspect, he was definitely a good sport about the question in general.

“Good morning!” he laughed, blushing.

“I think that it’s important for anyone to grow. I think the thing that was strange for me was the emphasis on my sex life when I was 14,” he revealed. “It is a crazy thing. I’ve seen a LOT of my peers struggle with media attention on things that are very personal and that was one.”

“I had the time outside of the public eye to develop my own belief system and figure out what was important to me and what I believed in related to sex and God and all of those things, as you do when you grow up. I’m happy. I’m a man. And I do what men do.”

“Oh yes,” Coleen interjected, cracking the audience up.
