Ryan Knight, a cast member on both 2010’s ‘The Real World: New Orleans’ and later ‘The Challenge,’ reportedly died at age 29.

According to MTV, news broke when the star’s loved ones began posting tributes online, hashtagging #RIPKnight.

TMZ reports that Knight was out partying with several friends on Wednesday night (Nov. 26) and ultimately ended up at a friend’s house. Insiders allege that Knight took “some pills” while he was out partying that evening.

Sources tell TMZ that a friend found Knight on Thursday morning. He allegedly choked on his own vomit.

The ‘MTV’ star’s friends reportedly told TMZ that he was upbeat on Wednesday night and had recently started dating a new woman.

This is the second tragic death in the MTV family in the past few weeks. On Nov. 14, 32-year-old Diem Brown lost her battle with cancer. The ‘Real World/ Road Rules Challenge’ star had been fighting variations of the disease for nearly 10 years.

Our thoughts are with Ryan Knight and Diem Brown’s family, friends and loved ones during this sad time.
